Homeward bound: Netherlands ho!

My super wicked london host, Marisa "the great" took this pic. I really apologize for the lack of her presence, I'm terrible. When I get back to london, it'll be so different. The attentive eye will notice I shaved my sideburns off. oooo la la.

so yeah, flying to Amsterdam! Pretty wild. At the Gatwick Airport, i got some mcdonalds for breakfast:

After eating this substandard losery meal i decided no more american franchises. these are the rules... i can still eat fast food, and from chains of eatery's, but no american chains. Thats just dumb.

So anyways, I caught a flight on a super discount airline "easyjet" soooooooo discount infact that out of every boarding flight I saw we were the only passengers boarding right off of the tarmac. We had to go up those stairs with wheels. It was actually pretty cool. i even waved goodbye as I entered the plane like I was a world leader or... jackie o.

My discount flight was really delayed, then we finally started moving down a lane of the runway, I could see a couple of planes at the end just... hanging out. Then More planes started hanging out, and then my plane was in a super long queue. So you have planes taking off and landing overtop of other planes. Infact one took off right over my plane... like 50 feet above it. I dont know if thats how things run at "gatwick" international... but it didnt look normal to me.
